David McClister directed a music video for The Band Perry’s hit song “Chainsaw.” A moment in the promo has a kind of “dream sequence” of the lead singer as she destroys the trunk of a tree that has initials carved in it. Richter provided the cg tree and ensuing destruction in all of it’s 120 frames per second glory.
Additionally, Richter’s daughter, Gabriela, had a go at the tree as well.
